The price of an item displayed in the sites catalogues, is deemed as that which is quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Please note that prices displayed in any other currencies on the site are intended as a 'guide' price only and are based on a recent currency conversion rate. The price charged is based on the conversion applied by 'ishop' our secure Payment Service Provider at the time of purchase.

Orders dispatched to customers outside the European Union will not be charged tax. For orders to EU countries, a charge for VAT is applied at the standard rate of 17.5% and is displayed prior to confirmation of the order.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogues and click on any items that you wish to buy, select the size and colour, and add them to the shopping cart. Please note that the items displayed on the site are products from the US. If you are unsure of size conversion, please refer to the Size Chart. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, or wish to change the quantity ordered, just use the 'Basket' facility. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from 'ishop' our secure payment service provider, quoting the price and the order number.

We accept credit card payments through ishop secure payment service provision. All major credit and debit cards can be processed, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, and Solo.

Should you wish to cancel an order once it has been confirmed, please use the 'Contact' facility to send us an e-mail informing us of the order details (including the order number), and we will provide you with a refund. If the order has already been dispatched however, we will inform you by return of e-mail, and advise you of our returns policy (see the 'returns' section).

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by the Terms and Conditions.

All orders are dispatched in discreet, office-friendly, plain packaging. Small items are in air padded bags and larger items or bigger orders in garment boxes.

All Postage and Packing charges are clearly displayed prior to order confirmation and are dependent upon customer preference and location of delivery. Standard delivery is by 'first class' Royal Mail and is in dicreet packaging.

Most items are held in our distributors UK stock and are dispatched within 1 or 2 days. Any orders for items that are not currently held in our UK stock are dispatched from the distributor in the US as quickly as possible. We are informed by our distributor that deliveries are currently taking approximately 14 days. Due to unprecedented demand for 'retro' style lingerie and the reduced number of flights out of the US and the increased security measures however, it may on occasion take a little longer. The orders are then dispatched straight away upon receiving them in the UK.

Please be aware that we ask that customers allow up to the maximum of 28 days for delivery as stated. If any item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informed by the distributor.

We offer a full money back guarantee on all goods supplied. If you feel that any item you have purchased is faulty or unsuitable, or you wish to cancel your order for any reason, simply let us know within 14 days of receipt and return it to 'Allure Lingerie' for a full refund. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and if possible with the original packaging and labels intact. We will gladly refund your money within 14 days of cancellation. For your own security we recommend that you obtain proof of posting for returned items.

Your correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days and any issues will normally be resolved within 5 working days.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card transactions go to 'ishop's' secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and information passed to 'Allure Lingerie' is done so using PGP encrypted mail in order to process your credit card details with complete confidence. The details are not viewed anywhere on the web site.

'Allure Lingerie' do not disclose buyers information to third parties.

Allure Lingerie are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The information collected about customers, is that which is entered at the time of ordering. The reason that we collect information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, we are replying to your correspondence, or if we need to advise you about your order.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
